## About the Role

* Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en développement logiciel, idéalement en environnement startup ou scale-up
 * Profil réellement full-stack (frontend et backend)
 * Très bonne maîtrise de Vue.js, Python, SQL
 * Expérience dans des environnements à forte croissance avec des produits utilisés par des clients
 * Bonne compréhension des problématiques de sécurité, data protection et environnements régulés
 * Anglais et français professionnels indispensables

Environnement technique :

 * Python
 * Temporal
 * Vue.js
 * PostgreSQL / SQL
 * Architecture orientée API
 * Automatisation, KYC, paiements
 * gitlab CI/CD
 * Sécurité et protection des données

Un plus (mais pas obligatoire)

 * Expérience dans un environnement startup/agile.
 * Connaissance d'autres frameworks/langages : Go, C, Typescript).
 * Expérience avec le cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) et les pratiques DevOps.

## Description

Nous recherchons un(e) Lead Dev pour rejoindre une startup technologique en phase de structuration. Ce rôle est clé : il s'agit d'un poste de premier contributeur, à l'interface entre vision technique, exécution concrète et contraintes business.

Vous ne rejoignez pas une organisation figée : vous contribuez à la construire., En tant que Lead Développer, vous serez au cœur de notre stack technique et de notre croissance. Vous aurez pour mission de :

 * Participer au développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités côté frontend et backend
 * Concevoir et développer des interfaces web performantes et intuitives
 * Développer et maintenir des API et services backend
 * Participer aux décisions d'architecture et à l'amélioration de la scalabilité de la plateforme
 * Mettre en place les bonnes pratiques de sécurité et de protection des données
 * Améliorer la qualité du code (tests, documentation, code review)
 * Participer à la résolution d'incidents en production
 * Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes R&D offshore, architecture et produit.
