Including : + Service followup for IT support through ticketeting tool service. + Provide training to SCOR user on new systems. + Identify issues and ensure temporary workaround to the business until resolution. + Escalation of issues directly to tech teams responsible for each domain + Project management to implement IT strategy for Paris site (and sites supported through Paris) - Windows 10, Safenet, Office 365, proxy rollout, U drive, Laptops.
