## Description

Our client is seeking a IT Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support at their Derry/Londonderry location. This individual will serve as the primary IT resource for the site, supporting end users and ensuring day-to-day technology operations run smoothly., * Provide hands-on support for end-user hardware and IT equipment, including PCs, printers, and scanners.

 * Install, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues.
 * Respond to user support requests and deliver excellent customer service.
 * Support ongoing IT operations and assist with a site migration project scheduled for December.
 * Collaborate with internal IT teams to maintain a stable and efficient technology environment.
