## About the Role

* Proven experience in business relationship management and stakeholder management.
 * Strong background in business analysis, including business systems and process modelling.
 * Proficient in requirement gathering for technical solutions.
 * Familiarity with emerging digital technologies and project management methodologies, including Prince 2, Scrum, DSDM, and Agile.
 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to challenges.
 * A full current UK driving licence.
 * Willingness to travel for business purposes.
 * Able to meet Police Vetting requirements, including having resided within the UK continuously for a minimum of 5 years.

## Description

* Lead by example, embodying the Police Code of Ethics and ensuring dignity, fairness, and respect across interactions.
 * Collaborate with leadership teams to understand strategic objectives and challenges, and interpret needs to identify innovative solutions.
 * Analyse and design requirements for new systems and enhancements, ensuring alignment with user needs and Digital Policing infrastructure standards.
 * Provide expert advice on technology change projects using systems analysis and process improvement methodologies.
 * Manage small technology projects using project management techniques such as Prince 2, Scrum, DSDM, and Agile.
 * Engage with stakeholders at all levels to promote the Digital Policing strategy and build strong relationships with business functions.
 * Diagnose problem situations and deliver effective resolutions to inform senior leadership decision-making.
