## About the Role

* Previous experience within an IT support environment
 * Good knowledge of Windows and confidence supporting macOS users
 * Experience setting up and troubleshooting computers, devices and peripherals
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including user accounts, licensing, Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint
 * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate issues logically from start to finish
 * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical colleagues
 * Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing requests
 * You must reside in and have eligibility to work in the UK

## Description

* Provide first and second-line support across hardware, software, connectivity, printing, meeting rooms and mobile devices
 * Set up and configure laptops, desktops, phones and other equipment, including enrolling Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot and supporting Apple devices through MDM
 * Manage IT requirements for joiners, movers and leavers, including Microsoft Entra ID accounts, licences, groups, mailboxes, Teams access and MFA
 * Provision and manage access to business systems including NetSuite, Shopify and Sigma
 * Maintain the companys hardware asset register, warranties and stock of equipment
 * Support the 3CX telephony platform and provide first-line support for the companys UniFi office network
 * Monitor important operational data processes and investigate failed, rejected or mismatched records
 * Support GDPR requests, user-access reviews and good security practices around devices, access and account offboarding
 * Create clear internal documentation and identify repetitive or inefficient processes where improvements can be made
