## About the Role

* Minimum of 2 years' administration or receptionist experience.
 * Previous experience working within a garage, workshop, or automotive environment is essential.
 * Excellent customer service and communication skills.
 * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
 * Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
 * Good IT skills and experience working with computerised systems.
 * Experience with scheduling, stock control, and ordering parts.
 * Able to work independently and use initiative.
 * Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

## Description

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting the day-to-day running of our reception while working closely with technicians, management, and our fleet operations team to ensure vehicles are maintained safely and efficiently., * Greeting customers in person, over the phone, and via email with a friendly and professional approach.

 * Booking in vehicles for servicing, repairs, MOTs, and inspections.
 * Scheduling maintenance, servicing, and safety checks for a large vehicle fleet.
 * Keeping customers updated on repair progress and expected completion times.
 * Contacting customers to obtain approval for any additional work required.
 * Liaising with technicians and management to ensure work is completed efficiently.
 * Producing invoices and processing customer payments.
 * Ordering vehicle parts and monitoring stock levels.
 * Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all mandatory paperwork is up to date.
 * Using internal systems to manage schedules and vehicle information.
 * Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
 * Providing administrative support and carrying out other reasonable duties as required.
