## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Systemelektroniker, Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in den genannten Aufgabengebieten
 * Erfahrung im Bereich Auftrags- und Störungsbeseitigung IT/TK (Hardware, Netzwerke und Telekommunikation) im Vor-Ort-Service beim User
 * Erfahrungen und Befähigung im Bereich DGUV V3 von Vorteil
 * Kenntnisse von Ticket-Systemen, Wissensdatenbanken und IT-Prozessen (ITIL) wünschenswert
 * Organisationsvermögen, Selbstständigkeit sowie gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich

## Description

* Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Upgrade und Wartung von Hardware
 * Durchführung der Vor-Ort Tätigkeiten im Rahmen von IMACD-Aufträgen im IT/TK-Umfeld
 * Unterstützung und Betreuung von Usern bei der Nutzung der IT-Infrastruktur im 1st- und 2nd-Level Support vor Ort
 * Hardware Inbetriebsetzung der Kunden IT-Infrastruktur/-Systeme inklusive Netzwerk- und Serverumgebungen
 * Begleitung bzw. Durchführung von Projekten und Refreshmaßnahmen der Kunden-IT
 * Zyklische Erbringung von Rufbereitschaftsdiensten
