* Entwicklung und Umsetzung moderner Low-Code-/Pro-Code-Lösungen mit Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI und Dataverse
 * Aufnahme und Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in praxistaugliche technische Lösungen sowie Automatisierung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
 * Integration von Microsoft 365-Diensten wie SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Graph und Entra ID sowie Umsetzung geeigneter Berechtigungskonzepte
 * Unterstützung bei Changes, Releases, Migrationen und dem stabilen Betrieb bestehender Lösungen
 * Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Lösungen hinsichtlich Usability, Performance, Security und Wartbarkeit
 * Eigenständige Einarbeitung in neue M365-, Power-Platform- und AI-Themen und deren Einbringung ins Team
