## About the Role

* 3+ years of professional experience as a Web Designer;
 * A portfolio is mandatory;
 * Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, basic knowledge of HTML/CSS;
 * Willingness to complete a test task;
 * Solid understanding of UX/UI principles;
 * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
 * Ability to work under deadlines and manage tasks independently;
 * Readiness to apply AI-based tools in the workflow;
 * Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition;
 * English at Intermediate level is a plus;
 * Native Russian is a mandatory
 * Intermediate knowledge of No-code tools (Webflow, Framer, Readymag, etc.).

## Description

* Develop and enhance the brand's main website;
 * Create landing pages;
 * Build and maintain Web-focused design systems;
 * Design banners and other digital marketing materials;
 * Support the preparation of presentations for talks and events;
 * Create interactive prototypes;
 * Adapt website layouts for different screen resolutions;
 * Collaborate with the development team and hand off design assets.
