 * Große Affinität zu digitalen Tools, Microsoft 365 und modernen Technologien - insbesondere Künstlicher Intelligenz
 * Ausgeprägtes Talent, technische Informationen zu analysieren, zu strukturieren und klar sowie überzeugend zu vermitteln
 * Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Verantwortung für Aufbau, Pflege und stetige Weiterentwicklung technischer Wissensdatenbanken und Dokumentationen im Bereich Robotik
 * Sammlung, Analyse und Aufbereitung technischer Informationen zu FANUC-Robotern, Softwarefunktionen, Anwendungen und Neuprodukten
 * Sicherstellung von Qualität, Genauigkeit und Verfügbarkeit technischer Informationen für die FANUC-Tochtergesellschaften in ganz Europa
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Expertinnen und Experten in ganz Europa sowie mit der FANUC-Zentrale in Japan
 * Weiterentwicklung bestehender Wissensstrukturen durch digitale, automatisierte und KI-gestützte Lösungen
 * Fungieren als technischer Experte für FANUC-Robotikprodukte sowie Koordination der Lösung komplexer technischer Fragestellungen im Second-Level-Support
