Entwicklungsingenieur Baugruppen / Module (alle Geschlechter) Standort: Ulm Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung - Umsetzen externer und interner Anforderungen in Baugruppen-/ Modulfunktionalitäten im Rahmen vorgegebener Konzeptionen - Sicherstellen laufender Abstimmungen mit anderen Entwicklern und Fachabteilungen - Modularität, Funktionalität und Integrationsfähigkeit, auch bzgl. fremder Baugruppen, gewährleisten - bestehende Bauteile/Baugruppen nach technischen Vorgaben oder Kundenwünschen anforderungs- und fertigungsgerecht anpassen - Optimieren von Baugruppen/Modulen auf Basis systematischer Schwachstellenanalysen - Erstellen der notwendigen Dokumentation (Spezifikationen, Produktstrukturen, Bauunterlagen, Qualifikationsunterlagen, Präsentationen) Fachliche Anforderungen - abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau, Verbundwerkstoffe / Composites - Erfahrung in der Konstruktion und im Projektmanagement - Kenntnisse im Umgang mit
SAP, Catia V5 - verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse - gute Englischkenntnisse Persönliche Anforderungen und Sozialkompetenzen - hohe Kommunikationskompetenz - die Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft, sich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten sowie die Ausdauer und Beharrlichkeit, sich in ein komplexes Umfeld einzuarbeiten - selbstständiges, strukturiertes, ergebnisorientiertes und akkurates Arbeiten, für eine schnelle und direkte Zielerreichung - die Fähigkeit, sich in ein Team zu integrieren
