## About the Role

 * Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Integration komplexer CRM-Architekturen, inklusive Azure Cloud Services, APIs, SSIS oder KingswaySoft
 * Know-how im Microsoft Contact Center (z. B. Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Omnichannel oder Digital Contact Center Platform) vorteilhaft
 * Vertrautheit mit Web-Technologien (HTML, JavaScript, REST APIs) und dem Microsoft Cloud-Ökosystem (Power Platform, Azure, Dataverse)
 * Kommunikationsstärke, strategisches Denken und Präsentationsfähigkeit - du agierst souverän auf technischer wie fachlicher Ebene
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft runden dein Profil ab
