 * Gutes Verständnis für logische Zusammenhänge, Prozessmodellierung und Systemarchitekturen (z. B. regelbasierte Logiken, API-Schnittstellen, Dashboards)
 * Eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
 * Du bist neugierig, lernbereit und hast Lust, IT-Theorie direkt in die echte Praxis umzusetzen

## Description

* Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung unseres zentralen Ticketsystems (Formulare, Rollen, System-Logiken, Dashboards, Reporting und Automatisierungen)
 * Analyse und Abbildung der internen Abläufe unserer Fachbereiche (SAP, Software Solutions, Network Infrastructure, Cloud Infrastructure und IT Support)
 * Strukturierte Erstellung und kontinuierliche Pflege einer transparenten Dokumentation sämtlicher System-Logiken sowie definierter Regelsätze
 * Aktive Begleitung des Teams im täglichen IT-Betrieb sowie Support und Mitgestaltung bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Systemlandschaft
