The specialist acts as a key coordinator for site incident management, utilizing a structured post-mortem investigation process to ensure operational reliability. The role involves supporting critical incident processes alongside existing team members to maintain high standards of excellence. What You'll Do: Incident Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire incident response cycle, including conducting thorough root cause investigations for assigned buildings. Technical Documentation: Master specific technical linguistic styles for drafting high-quality availability reports. Ensure all required documentation and tracking bugs are updated and accurately reflected in dashboards. Reporting & Data Analysis: Create and maintain technical dashboards. Aggregate and analyze data to support the Key Event and Root Cause (KERC) identification process. Post-Mortem Administration: Facilitate post-mortem activities to ensure documentation is captured accurately and effectively communicated. Support the Lessons Learned Program to ensure quality intake and continuous process improvement. Operational & PGM Tasks: Execute general program management (PGM) tasks, including bug management, follow-up activities, and the creation of project artifacts. Reliability Initiatives: Provide project management support for facility availability reports and reliability improvement initiatives stemming from post-mortem findings.
