## About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong Microsoft Dynamics experience, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and outstanding customer service skills. This role is heavily focused on user support, system administration, and operational support rather than software development., * 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 environments.

 * Experience administering Dynamics Sales (Customer Engagement).
 * Strong understanding of user management, security roles, and access controls.
 * Experience handling support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and supporting end users.
 * Ability to perform data imports, updates, and bulk data maintenance.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively with non-technical users.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 * Experience supporting Dynamics CRM On-Premises environments.
 * Experience with Dynamics Field Service.
 * Familiarity with SQL Server and basic database concepts.
 * Experience supporting integrations between CRM and ERP systems.
 * Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, service operations, or inventory-related business processes.
 * Experience working with ticketing systems in an application support environment.
