The Role In this role, you will support Senior Leaders across the organization by using data analysis to improve operational capabilities (onshore and offshore), increase efficiency and effectiveness, and help ensure the successful implementation of departmental initiatives. You will provide leadership and actively participate in projects and cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize complex business processes. You will also be responsible for in-depth research and analysis, developing robust, fact-based reporting to support change, and creating materials to support communications, training, and adoption of desired outcomes. Within the first 90 days, you will be expected to build relationships with key stakeholders, develop an in-depth understanding of relevant systems, and analyze data to provide insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and track progress.
