In this role, you will deliver exceptional client service, anticipate technical needs and offer solutions when issues arise. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support and assistance to the entire user community at the conference center, ensuring a seamless and efficient technology experience. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: * Meeting Readiness & Execution - Set up, operate, and monitor conference room technology to ensure seamless execution across meetings, events, and virtual proceedings. * User Experience & Communication - Partner with meeting hosts to understand objectives and align technical solutions, explaining technology clearly to non-technical users. * Unified Communications Expertise - Set up, operate, and troubleshoot a wide range of unified communication platforms, including Cisco Webex, GoToMeeting, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. * Room & Systems Management - Perform daily room checks, maintain conference room hardware, and ensure that all systems are fully functional prior to use. * Technical Setup & Support - Provide basic in-room PC and laptop setup, Wi-Fi, remote access, PowerPoint, and visiting attorney office setups. * AV Systems Operation - Become proficient in operating the firm's Crestron GUI interface in various conference rooms and multipurpose spaces. * Documentation & Process Improvement - Maintain and update local and firmwide support documentation, including equipment inventory, processes, and procedures. * Firmwide Collaboration - Work closely with Conference Technology teams across offices, responding to and resolving Service Desk tickets. * Professionalism Under Pressure - Respond promptly and effectively to all technical issues that may arise. ## Related Videos - [Cat Herding with Lions and Tigers - Christian Heilmann](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1785-cat-herding-with-lions-and-tigers-christian-heilmann) - [You’re a great coder?
