Strong communication and problem-solving skills. ## Description We are looking for an experienced jBPM Developer to design, develop, implement, and support business process management solutions using jBPM, KIE, Drools, Java, and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in workflow/process automation and integrating jBPM with enterprise applications. jBPM is a Java-based workflow and business process engine supporting BPMN2, case management, decision management, and business rules. Responsibilities Design and develop business processes and workflows using jBPM/BPMN 2.0. Develop and maintain process definitions, business rules, and workflow components. Work with KIE Server, Business Central, Drools, and KIE Workbench. Develop Java-based applications and services integrated with jBPM. Build REST APIs and integrate jBPM workflows with enterprise applications. Develop and maintain Drools rules, DRL, decision tables, and DMN. Configure and customize Human Tasks, Service Tasks, and workflow components. Implement process persistence, transactions, and exception handling. Integrate jBPM with databases and external systems. Work with Spring Boot and jBPM/KIE integrations. Troubleshoot workflow, process execution, integration, and production issues.
