 * 5+ years of advanced SQL, ETL/ELT, query tuning, and optimization

 * 5+ years of PL/SQL development

 * 3+ years building scalable data pipelines using Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or Databricks

 * 3+ years of Python or Scala for data processing

 * 3+ years working with JSON, CSV, Parquet, and other structured/semi-structured data

 * 2+ years of Azure experience including Synapse, Data Lake, Data Factory, and Azure SQL

 * Experience with ADLS, Delta Lake, data modeling, and data warehousing

 * Salesforce/API integration experience is highly valuable
