## About the Role

* 7+ years of Project Management and/or Scrum Master experience.
 * Strong background leading Agile software development teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
 * Proven ability to improve delivery processes and team performance.
 * Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
 * Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), and SmartSheets.
 * Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
 * Ability to work effectively in environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
 * Personable, team player, flexible, and open to ambiguity., * Experience supporting digital product, application development, or e-commerce teams.
 * Background in hospitality, restaurant, retail, loyalty, or customer-facing digital environments.
 * Experience driving Agile transformation or process improvement initiatives.
 * Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) is a plus but not required.

## Description

* Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives, and release planning.
 * Drive Agile best practices and establish delivery discipline across teams.
 * Partner closely with technology leadership to improve processes, workflows, and team effectiveness.
 * Coordinate efforts across internal development teams, business stakeholders, contractors, and third-party vendors.
 * Facilitate prioritization discussions and help ensure alignment around business goals and delivery objectives.
 * Track project progress, identify risks, remove blockers, and drive timely resolution of issues.
 * Support onboarding and coordination of vendor and contract resources.
 * Assist in defining scalable delivery frameworks and team structures as the organization grows.
