## About the Role

* Salesforce Service Cloud: 4 years (Required).
 * Azure DevOps Test Suite: 4 years (Required).
 * Nice CXone or other CCaaS Testing: 4 years (Preferred/Optional).
 * SQL: 1 year (Preferred/Optional).
 * Selenium/Test Automation or other Test automation tools: 1 year (Preferred).
 * Experience in State of Michigan or other Government / Public Health Processes and
guidelines (Preferred).

 * Should have Salesforce object knowledge such as flows, AppExchange packages,
Lightning, Apex, and Significant QA Experience. This can come either in the form of
real-world experience or actual hands-on background with Salesforce.

 * Knowledge of testing/QA best practices
 * Ability to create and utilize test scripts.
