In this pivotal role, you will manage complex project lifecycles-including the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)-for the USCENTCOM CITS Program supporting the USCENTCOM J6 at MacDill AFB in Tampa FL. By blending traditional project scheduling with modern agile adoption, you will serve as a Solutions Expert ensuring seamless integration of change initiatives, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement across the enterprise. HOW A SOLUTION EXPERT WILL MAKE AND IMPACT Enterprise Solutions Architecture & Transformation * Lead Agile Adoption: Drive agile methodologies during the launch and transition periods of projects, including the introduction of new technologies, processes, and team structures. * Requirements & Alignment: Collaborate with business users, management, and IT teams to gather, define, and document business requirements. Align adoption activities with overarching CITS program strategies. * Change Catalyst: Conduct impact assessments to understand how changes affect operations and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges. Integrated Master Scheduling * Maintain the IMS: Develop, manage, and maintain a resource-loaded, logical, and network-based Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the CITS program. * Track & Measure: Maintain schedules for all active task and subtasks, projects, and resource requirements.
