## Description

Vous intégrez l'équipe technique en place. Le poste nécessitant la maitrise de divers logiciels médicaux, des formations en interne ou par les éditeurs seront proposées.

Vous êtes en capacité de vous familiariser avec les systèmes informatiques du secteur médical (logiciels et matériels) par le biais de documentations ou de différents supports techniques.

Vous disposez des facultés d'organisation permettent de mener à bien vos interventions en coordination avec l'équipe technique interne ou en lien avec des prestataires externes.

Vous utiliserez différentes consoles d'administration et de supervision (antivirus, pare-feu, téléphonie IP), Support téléphonique

 * En téléassistance : installation, configuration, mise à jour, diagnostic et dépannage (logiciels médicaux, Windows, Office, clients de messagerie, etc.)
 * Accompagnement du client à l'utilisation de ses outils informatiques

Déplacement chez le client

 * Installation, dépannage matériel et réseau
