* Diplôme Bac+3 en informatique ou équivalent
 * 2 à 3 ans d'expériences en support informatique ou une fonction similaire
 * Connaissances de base en environnement IT :
 + Systèmes Windows
 + Matériel informatique (hardware)
 + Notions réseau (TCPIP, couche OSI)
 * Bon esprit d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
 * Sens du service, autonomie et bon relationnel
 * Capacité à travailler en équipe
 * Autorisation à travailler en France
 * Niveau de français courant obligatoire
 * Bon niveau d'anglais professionnel impératif (une partie des entretiens se feront en anglais)

## Description

* Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents informatiques (matériels et logiciels) au niveau français et européen
 * Assurer l'assistance et le support aux utilisateurs
 * Identifier les causes racines des incidents et proposer des solutions adaptées
 * Participer aux installations, mises en service et interventions techniques sur site
 * Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique (procédures, solutions, base de connaissances)
 * Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes IT internes et européennes
 * Appliquer les procédures et les standards IT en vigueur
 * Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des services IT
