## Description

MissionsStructurer la gouvernance Nexthink : rôles, processus, remontée et traitement des alertes

Définir et mettre en place le run (suivi, tableaux de bord, plans d'action correctifs)

Exploiter les données Nexthink pour piloter la qualité de l'expérience utilisateur (performance, stabilité, disponibilité des postes)

Assurer l'ingénierie poste de travail classique en parallèle (packaging, déploiement, support N3, standardisation du parc)

Être l'interlocuteur référent Nexthink auprès des équipes IT et des parties prenantes métier

Proposer des axes d'amélioration continue à partir des indicateurs remontés par l'outil
