## About the Role

* Strong experience working within Professional Services delivery.
 * Experience implementing complex data protection solutions.
 * Experience with backup and disaster recovery technologies.
 * Knowledge of Rubrik, Druva, Zerto, Commvault or NetBackup.
 * Experience producing High Level and Low Level designs.
 * Experience working with detailed Statements of Work.
 * Strong troubleshooting and vendor escalation experience.
 * Experience with VMware, Hyper-V and/or Nutanix environments.
 * Knowledge of public cloud platforms including Azure and AWS.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and Linux environments.
 * Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Understanding of ITIL processes and ISO 27001.
 * PowerShell scripting and automation skills would be advantageous.

## Description

* Lead the technical delivery of SMB and enterprise projects.
 * Implement data protection, backup and disaster recovery solutions.
 * Work with customers to successfully implement solution designs.
 * Produce High Level, Low Level and As-Built documentation.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve both basic and complex technical issues.
 * Escalate technical issues to vendor support and engineering teams.
 * Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
 * Support Account Managers and Pre-Sales with technical requirements.
 * Administer platforms including Rubrik, Druva, Zerto and Commvault.
 * Work closely with customer, vendor and internal technical teams.
