## About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support & Rack and Stack Technician. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IT support, hardware installation and rack and stack activities., * Experience with desktop support and IT field services

 * Hands-on experience with rack and stack activities
 * Familiarity with servers, switches, and enterprise hardware
 * Ability to work independently onsite

## Description

* Provide onsite desktop support for end users
 * Install and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
 * Perform rack and stack installation of servers, switches, routers, and related hardware
 * Label and document network and hardware installations
 * Replace faulty hardware components and perform basic diagnostics
 * Coordinate with remote technical teams during deployments and troubleshooting
