Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant - **Company:** Tata Consultancy Services Ltd - **Location:** London, UK - **Experience:** Expert - **Salary:** £45,000.0 - £75,000.0 - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Agile Methodology, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Data Conversion, Data Migration, Oracle (Applications), Software Deployment, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Systems Architecture, HR Software, Oracle HCM, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Core HR - **Published:** August 16, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.adzuna.co.uk/jobs/details/5844156494 ## About the Role * We need experience in HCM transformation and enterprise HR systems. * We need Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience. * We need proven experience acting as Functional Lead on large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud programmes. * We need experience delivering multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. * We need deep hands-on experience across a broad Oracle HCM footprint, including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence, Time & Labour, Help Desk, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning, Compensation and OTBI Reporting. * We need a strong understanding of workforce management, talent management and employee lifecycle processes. * We need the ability to define enterprise-wide HCM solution architecture and functional design. * We need experience leading business process transformation and operating model discussions. * We need experience managing cross-functional workstreams and large stakeholder groups. * We need strong expertise in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and solution design. * We need experience working closely with Integration, Reporting, Security and Data Migration teams. * We need experience leading SIT, UAT, cutover and production deployment activities. * We need excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills. * Desirable: Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud certification. * Desirable: experience delivering global Oracle HCM Cloud programmes. * Desirable: knowledge of Redwood, Journeys, Digital Assistant and emerging Oracle AI capabilities. * Desirable: experience with complex HCM integrations and HR technology landscapes. * Desirable: strong HR transformation and solution advisory capability. * Desirable: experience working within large-scale Agile or hybrid transformation programmes. ## Description * We own the overall Oracle Fusion HCM functional solution across the programme. * We act as the primary functional authority and trusted advisor for Oracle HCM business processes and product capabilities. * We lead functional discovery workshops, business process reviews and future-state operating model discussions. * We translate business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions aligned to Oracle leading practices. * We configure and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM modules and support the wider HCM Functional team to ensure alignment with business, compliance and operational requirements. * We advise stakeholders on innovative Oracle Cloud capabilities and industry-leading HR and talent acquisition practices. * We collaborate closely with technical teams on integrations, reporting, data conversion, security design and system architecture requirements. * We support SIT, UAT, Dress Rehearsal, Cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare activities. * We drive continuous improvement by evaluating new Oracle Fusion HCM features, quarterly updates, Redwood enhancements and recruitment innovations. * We mentor and guide functional consultants across multiple Oracle HCM modules.
