This role would suit someone with strong IT and Excel skills who is looking to take the next step in their career in business systems, operations and process improvement., * Confident using IT systems and business software * Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data * Naturally curious and enjoys investigating problems * Organised, methodical and detail-oriented * Able to manage multiple priorities effectively * A strong communicator who can build relationships across different teams * Self-motivated and keen to learn new systems and processes * Interested in business improvement, automation and technology Experience in any of the following would be advantageous: * ERP systems * EDI processes * Microsoft 365 applications * Power BI * Reporting and data analysis * Process improvement initiatives * Automation tools and AI technologies * Logistics, supply chain or customer operations ## Description Working closely with senior colleagues, you'll support the development of systems, reporting, customer processes and operational efficiency across the business, with genuine opportunities for long-term progression., * Become the in-house expert for the company's ERP system * Support the onboarding and ongoing management of key customer accounts * Coordinate EDI requirements and customer-specific processes * Investigate and resolve operational, systems and process-related issues * Act as a key link between office, warehouse and external partners * Assist with software enhancements, integrations and system testing * Produce reports and analyse business data using Excel and internal systems * Support KPI reporting and performance monitoring * Maintain technical, compliance and product documentation * Assist with customer questionnaires and compliance requests * Support export documentation, freight quotations and logistics administration * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes * Help organise and standardise business information and procedures * Support continuous improvement projects across the business, All our Consultants are committed, experienced and qualified, and have been supporting candidates across the area for many years.
