The Person You will be: * Influential and credible with senior stakeholders * Pragmatic and solutions-oriented * Organised and structured in your approach * Empathetic but resilient when managing resistance * Comfortable operating in a fast-moving transformation environment ## Description An established organisation is embarking on a major ERP transformation programme and is seeking an experienced ERP Change Manager to lead the people side of change across the business. This is a pivotal role within a high-visibility transformation, ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working across multiple business functions. The Opportunity As ERP Change Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering the change strategy that enables successful ERP adoption.
