Working within the Civil Works Alliance (a partnership between Balfour Beatty, Bouygues Travaux Publics and Laing O'Rourke), you'll lead the adoption of digital best practice across one of Europe's largest infrastructure projects, helping to transform how digital tools, knowledge and innovation are embedded across the programme. As Digital Adoption Manager - Digital Hub & Best Practice, you'll lead initiatives that drive the consistent use of digital tools, establish best practice, and build capability across project teams. Working closely with Digital Engineering, Design, Information Management, IT and Operational teams, you'll develop training, governance and knowledge-sharing processes that support a modern, digital-by-default approach to construction delivery.
