## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience in technical implementation, integration, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles, with strong Python skills
 * Strong technical background with understanding of APIs, data mapping, and enterprise software integration
 * Experience with SaaS implementations and customer success processes
 * Strong self-management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
 * Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
 * Experience working in an agile environment
 * Knowledge about ERP systems, like SAP ERP / S4/HANA, is a plus
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Native or C1 level)

 * Lead technical implementation projects for our enterprise customers, ensuring successful integration of our SaaS solution
 * Configure and customise our platform according to specific client requirements and business needs
 * Develop and maintain data mappings between client systems and our platform, ensuring seamless data flow
 * Provide technical consulting to customers throughout the implementation process and support pre-sales activities
 * Drive API integration projects, working closely with customers' IT teams and third-party integration partners
 * Create and maintain technical documentation for customer implementations
 * Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to align implementation processes with product updates
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during implementation
 * Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth customer onboarding
 * Contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation processes and best practices
