## Description

* Bereitstellung von Dräger-Devices für alle Mitarbeitenden und von Spezial-Hardware für Entwicklung, Produktion, Logistik und Service-Techniker
 * Client Management & Lifecycle (HW/OS), Support aller Plattformen (Windows, Linux, MacOS etc.)
 * Weiterentwickeln des Produktes in Kooperation mit Kunden, Management und Produktteam
 * Betreuen des Product Backlogs inkl. Moderation von User Story Workshops
 * Überwachen der SLAs und Produkt-KPIs sowie deren regelmäßige Optimierung
 * Entwickeln von Sourcing-Strategien (Make-or-Buy)

Führungsverantwortung:

 * Fachliche Führung des 15-köpfigen Produktteams: Du gibst Prioritäten und technische Richtung vor und förderst die fachliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams. Die disziplinarische Führung liegt bei dem People Lead mit dem du eng im Austausch stehst
 * Planen, Steuern und Überwachen des Produktbudgets (10 Mio. €)
 * Aufbau von externen Netzwerken und Partnerschaften
 * Steuern von Dienstleistern
