* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im IT Bereich
 * Fundierte Erfahrung: Praxiserprobte Expertise im Bereich Cloud Identity (Entra ID), idealerweise ergänzt um klassisches Active Directory Management
 * Protokoll-Know-how: Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Identitätsprotokollen wie OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect und SAML 2.0
 * Security Mindset: Kenntnisse in der Absicherung hybrider Umgebungen (z. B. Tiering-Modelle, Schutz vor lateralen Bewegungen)
 * Analytische Stärke: Fähigkeit, IAM-Architekturen zu dokumentieren und Wissen an Kolleg:innen weiterzugeben
 * Von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit Kerberos/LDAP
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Begeisterung für die Mitgestaltung im Rahmen einer IT Transformation

## Description

* Entra ID Administration: Zentrale Administration, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft Entra ID Umgebung, inklusive Conditional Access, MFA (FIDO2) und Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
 * Access Management & Apps: Verwaltung und Absicherung von Enterprise Applications, inklusive Konfiguration von SSO (SAML/OIDC) und Überwachung von App-Berechtigungen.
 * Hybrid Identity: Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Hybrid-Identity-Infrastruktur, u. a. Synchronisation zwischen Active Directory und Entra ID (Entra Connect / Cloud Sync). Identity Protection: Proaktive Absicherung von Identitäten und Workloads sowie Anbindung an Sicherheitslösungen zur Bedrohungserkennung.
