* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsrolle, idealerweise im Sondermaschinenbau
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung, Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme von Automatisierungsanlagen im Siemens-Umfeld
 * Erfahrung in industriellen Produktionsumgebungen, vorzugsweise im mittelständischen Bereich
 * Kenntnisse in Robotik (6-Achs- und SCARA-Systeme), Servoantriebstechnik sowie Hochsprachenentwicklung mit Datenbankanbindung oder Bildverarbeitung
 * Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Eigenständige Koordination und Leitung des Siemens-Entwicklerteams
 * Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Projekten
 * Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenmanagement innerhalb des Teams
 * Technische Abstimmung mit Kunden sowie Klärung von Anforderungen und offenen Fragestellungen
 * Integration und Betreuung externer Dienstleister inklusive Vermittlung projektspezifischer Standards
 * Mitarbeit bei der SPS-Entwicklung und -Programmierung mit Siemens-Systemen sowie Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmen und Fehleranalysen
 * Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards durch Programm- und Konzeptreviews sowie Einhaltung von Engineering-Richtlinien
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
 * Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Bearbeitung von Eskalationsthemen
