## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eines verwandten Fachgebiets
 * Fundierte Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung und generativer KI sowie nachgewiesene Praxis in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von KI-Lösungen
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python sowie Erfahrung mit TypeScript/JavaScript und relevanten KI-Frameworks wie LangChain
 * Erfahrung mit LLM-basierten Anwendungen, KI-Agenten, automatisierten Workflows und Prompt-Architekturen
 * Gute Kenntnisse moderner Cloud-Architekturen, insbesondere AWS und/oder Azure, sowie von Data Engineering, Security, Monitoring und Logging
 * Erfahrung im Fullstack Web Development (Frontend und Backend) und idealerweise mit Low-Code-/No-Code-Plattformen wie Dify oder n8n
 * Verständnis für Methoden und Leitplanken eines sicheren und verantwortungsvollen KI-Einsatzes
 * Ausgeprägte Problemlösungs- und Analysefähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, Business-Anforderungen in pragmatische technische Lösungen zu übersetzen
 * Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz und die Fähigkeit, komplexe KI-Themen verständlich und praxisnah zu vermitteln
 * Freude an Sparring, gemeinsamer Problemlösung und dem Teilen von Wissen
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)

Ein Plus aber kein Muss: Erfahrung mit Strategie, Markenführung oder kreativen und kommunikativen Arbeitsprozessen. Entscheidend ist deine Neugier und Fähigkeit, dich schnell in unsere fachlichen Herausforderungen einzuarbeiten.
