* Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Umfeld bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Administration von IT-Infrastrukturen
 * Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien und IT-Security, insbesondere Netzwerksegmentierung, Routing, VLAN, VPN, Firewalls und Netzwerkanalyse
 * Praxiserfahrung mit Microsoft 365, idealerweise Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams und Intune
 * Kenntnisse in Identity & Access Management, MFA, Conditional Access und Endpoint Security
 * Erfahrung mit Windows Server, Active Directory und Client-Management
 * Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung, Backup- und Monitoring-Lösungen sowie grundlegende Automatisierungskenntnisse (z. B. PowerShell) sind wünschenswert
 * Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Freude daran, bestehende Strukturen zu hinterfragen, zu standardisieren und weiterzuentwickeln
 * Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur mit Fokus auf Netzwerk, Firewall und IT-Sicherheit
 * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von LAN-, WLAN- und Standortnetzwerken einschließlich Routing, VLANs, VPN, DNS und DHCP
 * Unterstützung beim Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung der gruppenweiten Microsoft-365-Plattform
 * Mitarbeit bei der Administration zentraler Microsoft-365-Dienste wie Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint und Intune
 * Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheitskonzepten und Zugriffsschutzmaßnahmen (z. B. MFA, Conditional Access, Endpoint Security und Defender)
 * Betreuung von Endpoint-, Patch- und Device-Management
 * Weiterentwicklung von IT-Sicherheits-, Backup-, Recovery- und Monitoring-Lösungen zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren IT-Betriebs
 * Administration von Windows Servern, Active Directory, Virtualisierungsplattformen und weiteren Infrastrukturkomponenten
 * Mitarbeit an Infrastruktur-, Cloud-, Security- und Migrationsprojekten innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
 * Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben sowie Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Standards
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, Gruppengesellschaften und externen Dienstleistern
