We are looking for an autonomous, technically sharp IT professional who thrives in an agile, international startup environment and is passionate about simplifying complex technologies.Your Qualifications

 * Experience: Minimum of 3+ years (6+ years preferred) as a Software Engineer, IT Specialist, Technical Lead, or System Architect within the software, Web3, or advanced high-tech sectors.
 * Technical Expertise: Strong background in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, security protocols, or blockchain development.
 * Logistics & Language: Near-native English proficiency is required for technical reporting and global stakeholder collaboration. You must be based in the Netherlands and have a demonstrated ability to work efficiently and autonomously under a structured, remote, part-time employment schedule.

## Description

In this role, you will be attached to our Dutch operations while collaborating closely with our international stakeholders and development teams to drive next-generation blockchain initiatives. This is a fully remote, part-time employment position with a guaranteed, stable hourly schedule.
