Visual Skills Visual demands include constantly reading documents for general understanding and for analytical purposes and routinely reviewing reports and spread sheets. ## Description The Water Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the utility billing division through account maintenance, billing analysis, customer account research, and records management. The employee performs a variety of technical and. administrative duties to help ensure the accuracy and integrity of utility billing accounts, meter data, billing records, and related system information. The Water Systems Analyst works collaboratively with billing staff, customer service representatives, field personnel, and other departments to resolve account discrepancies, process adjustments, and maintain accurate customer and consumption records.
