We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to take ownership of the user experience across our software estate, ensuring a consistent, high quality look and feel that is aligned with our brand and the needs of our users. This is a central design role, working across multiple products. You will own and evolve our design system and UX guidelines, collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing, and help shape the design direction of our fast-growing FinTech business that serves some of the largest financial institutions in the world. As this is a technical product involving complex financial concepts, an interest in finance is desired and experience designing for data heavy applications will be beneficial.
