 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
 * Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

## Description

* Verantwortung für die Organisation, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Warenwirtschaftssystem (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV)
 * 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
 * Analyse und Umsetzung von Änderungsanforderungen (Change Requests)
 * Administration von Benutzer- und Zugriffsrechten in ERP-, DMS- und CRM-Systemen
 * Unterstützung der Tochtergesellschaften bei der Einführung und dem laufenden Einsatz von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV
 * Erstellung und Anpassung der Beleg- und Rollencenterdesigns
 * Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Daten aus Business-Applikationen mithilfe von Business Intelligence (BI)
