* Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium in Informatik, IT, Systems Engineering, Nachrichten- und Kommunikationstechnik oder vergleichbar
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit C++, idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse in Qt
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Software-Design-Patterns, Softwareentwicklungsprinzipien und Clean-Code-Konzepten; Erfahrung im Bereich Software Craftsmanship von Vorteil
 * Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen und in geeignete Lösungen zu überführen
 * Strukturierte, eigenständige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Entwicklungs-, Test- und DevOps-Teams
 * Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

## Description

* Entwicklung anspruchsvoller Full-Stack-Software in C++ für Produkte und Komponenten im Bereich der Marinekommunikation
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung technischer Lösungsarchitekturen im Rahmen der bestehenden Softwarearchitektur
 * Entwicklung, Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Pflege hochwertiger und wartbarer Software
 * Analyse technischer Anforderungen sowie Erarbeitung geeigneter und nachhaltiger Lösungskonzepte
 * Klärung technischer und umsetzungsbezogener Fragestellungen innerhalb des Entwicklungsteams
 * Durchführung von Code-Reviews zur Sicherstellung von Softwarequalität und Entwicklungsstandards
 * Fachliche Unterstützung des Test- und DevOps-Teams bei der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Test- und Entwicklungsprozessen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams bei der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Marinekommunikationssysteme
