## About the Role

We zoeken iemand met;

 * HBO- of WO-werk- en denkniveau;
 * ISTQB-certificering of vergelijkbare testopleiding;
 * Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als tester of test lead binnen complexe IT-omgevingen;
 * Ervaring met het functioneel aansturen en coachen van testers;
 * Aantoonbare ervaring met het opzetten en verbeteren van testprocessen en kwaliteitsstandaarden;
 * Kennis van functioneel testen, ketentesten en integratietesten;
 * Ervaring met complexe applicatielandschappen en procesketens;
 * Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

## Description

Voor een bijzondere organisatie, die volop in ontwikkeling is, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Senior Test Lead, die verantwoordelijk is voor de regie op testen en kwaliteit binnen een complex applicatie- en proceslandschap.

Een stevige gesprekspartner voor zowel business als IT, die verantwoordelijk is voor de functionele aansturing van de testers.

Taken;

 * Uitvoeren van complexe functionele, integratie- en ketentesten;
 * Ontwikkelen, implementeren en verbeteren van de teststrategie en testaanpak;
 * Regie voeren op testactiviteiten binnen verandertrajecten;
 * Bewaken van kwaliteit en samenhang over verschillende processen, applicaties en systemen;
 * Vertalen van business requirements naar testscenario's en testprioriteiten;
 * Functioneel begeleiden en coachen van testers en business testers;
 * Afstemmen met stakeholders over voortgang, risico's en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen;
 * Initiëren en realiseren van verbeteringen in testprocessen, werkwijzen en tooling.
