 * Experience testing PC or console games
 * Passion for survival, city-building, or RPG games
 * Fluent English (C1 or above)

## Description

* Own the QA strategy for assigned systems and drive testing standards across the team
 * Mentor junior testers and help shape QA processes and best practices
 * Test game builds and features across different development stages
 * Identify, reproduce, and clearly describe bugs and unexpected behavior
 * Verify bug fixes and support regression testing
 * Create and maintain structured test cases for assigned areas
 * Participate in regular playtests and provide actionable gameplay feedback
 * Work closely with designers and programmers to clarify expected behavior
 * Support internal and external playtests, including preparation and follow-up
 * Take ownership of specific systems or test areas over time
 * Contribute to improving QA workflows, documentation, and tooling
