* Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden bei der Konzeptionierung und Implementierung zukunftsorientierter Infrastruktur-Projekte in den Bereichen LAN, WLAN und Security
 * Unterstützung unserer Kunden in der Betreuung im Netzwerkumfeld
 * Monitoring, Performance-Optimierung und Überwachung des gesamten Netzwerkes
 * Selbständige Behebung der Netzwerkstörungsmeldungen und Bearbeitung von Meldungen
 * Inbetriebnahme von Firewalls, Switches, Router und VPNs
 * Änderungen von Switch- und Router-Konfigurationen (Change Management)
 * Pflege und Aktualisierung der Netzwerk-Dokumentation
 * Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Sicherheitsaudits
