Cloud Platform Operations * Provide operational support for Azure cloud infrastructure including AKS, App Services, Function Apps, Storage Accounts, VMSS, Virtual Machines, Key Vault, Logic app and networking services. * Perform operational support for AWS services including S3, EC2, and storage recovery solutions. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud platforms, storage, networking, and application issues impacting retrieval operations. * Ensure high availability, reliability and performance of critical cloud services, while supporting successful execution of restoration processes. Automation & Process Improvement * Develop automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages to streamline rehydration workflows. * Automate validation, reporting, and notification processes associated with rehydration operations. * Continuously optimize recovery procedures to reduce restoration times and operational effort.
