* Entwicklung und Steuerung der gruppenweiten Anwendungs-, Daten- und Integrationsarchitektur.
 * Strategische Verantwortung für zentrale Unternehmensanwendungen, insbesondere im Bereich HR-Systeme.
 * Leitung des IT-Projektportfolios inklusive PMO, Priorisierung und Management-Reporting.
 * Definition und Durchsetzung von Standards in allen Aufgabenbereichen.
 * Weiterentwicklung von Organisationsstrukturen, Rollen und Arbeitsweisen.
 * Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Performance und nachhaltiger Weiterentwicklung.
