 * Du mentorst Junior/Professional Engineers und etablierst AI-gestützte Engineering-Praktiken (z. B. für Tests, Refactoring und Dokumentation).

Wir bauen gerade ein AI-first Engineering-Setup, das wir gemeinsam weiterentwickeln - von der Spezifikation bis zum Deployment. Spec Driven Development wird bei uns zur Single Source of Truth, aus der Code, Tests und Doku entstehen. Du steigst nicht in ein fertiges System ein, sondern gestaltest aktiv mit, wie wir KI im Engineering nutzen.

Tech-Stack:

 * Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL + Prompt Engineering
 * Frameworks/Paradigmen: SAPUI5 (UI5), JPA + AI Spec Driven Development, MCP-Integrationen
 * AI & Developer Tooling: Windsurf / GitHub Copilot; Plus: Agents, RAG, Vektordatenbanken
 * Platform: SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry)
 * Tools & Kollaboration: Git | Atlassian | Langdock

 * Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von SaaS-Produkten als Senior Full-Stack Engineer mit und lieferst Features end-to-end.
 * Du übersetzt Produktanforderungen in robuste technische Lösungen und kommunizierst klar und strukturiert mit Engineering sowie Product/Business.
 * Du nutzt AI-Tools im Alltag, um schneller zu entwickeln und die Qualität zu erhöhen (z. B. für Tests, Refactoring, Debugging und Dokumentation).
 * Du hast fundierte Skills in Software Engineering & Architektur (System Design, Skalierung, Reliability, Security).
 * Du hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch: Testing, saubere Releases, Monitoring/Operational Readiness und langfristige Wartbarkeit sind für dich Standard.
