As Global Head of Data (all genders welcome), you will build and lead our global, enterprise-wide data capability, transforming data into a strategic asset that enables smarter decisions, automation, innovation, and sustainable growth.

 * Define and execute the global Data & AI strategy, driving business transformation across the organization
 * Establish enterprise-wide data governance, ownership models, standards, and accountability frameworks
 * Lead master data management and data quality initiatives to create a trusted, single source of truth
 * Build and scale a modern cloud-based data platform that supports analytics, digital products, and AI capabilities
 * Enable AI adoption through innovative data solutions, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and next-generation business processes
 * Build and lead a high-performing global Data organization while fostering a data-driven culture and leading transformational change
