## Description

Mener les travaux d'élaboration en organisation : REO A+1 et A+6.

 - Accompagner les employeurs pour la description des besoins (ETR/NF).
 - Effectuer la saisie dans le SI ORG des données d'organisation.
 - Manager l'assistant SI-ORG.
 - Fournir un soutien régulier dans les tâches administratives courantes du bureau et en assurer le suivi dans les délais.
 - Suivre les plannings de réunions et créer, adapter les tableaux de bord.
 - Suivre les demandes de création HREO.
 - Appuyer les travaux concernant les primes, NBI , PCRM et ITM.
 - Préparer les éléments nécessaires à l'arrêté de transformation annuelle.
